This California ripper has been turning heads since he was a toddler. At age eight, he began BMX racing and later discovered dirt trail riding through a group of neighborhood friends. He was a natural, and in a few years he became one of best dirt riders in the world.
In 2007, Dennis entered his first pro contest, placing third. It was the BMX Dirt event at the AST Dew Tour Open in Baltimore. Later that year he won the Dirt competition at Dew Tour's Portland stop. He was the youngest competitor in both competitions.
A major win came this in December '09 at the infamous King of the Animal House, where he brought home a pretty hefty cash prize and a new car!
As a pro athlete who is still in his teens, Dennis' parents play a huge role in his career. "They are the best," Dennis says. "They have done more than I could have ever asked from them." His parents even let Nike 6.0 build a sick training spot in their backyard. On any given day Dennis' backyard is where the local BMX community meets and rides.
Classic Rock is among Dennis' other loves, as are Mexican food and street riding. He's a happy, chill guy who truly enjoys what he does. We'll be seeing him do it for many years to come.
